Friars Baseball Club believes in teaching service centered leadership. We "Respect our Team" by looking for ways to serve our teammates, coaches, and community. This allows us to take the focus off of ourselves as individuals & are able to develop & perform at a higher level as well as gain more enjoyment out of the game. 

Friars Baseball Club believes that we need our opponents in order to develop and become the best version of ourselves on the field. Therefore we show respect to the players we are competing against understanding that it's not us against them but rather two teams working together to bring out the best in each other.

As Friars we're grateful for every opportunity to play the game we love. We honor those who played before us by playing the game the "right way" at all times. When we "Respect the Game" we understand we are a part of something bigger than ourselves. This allows us to maximize our development and enjoyment of the game.
